Clean eating can be defined as eating food in its original state or as close to this original state as possible. This is not another fad diet, but a lifestyle that promotes health and wellness both physically and psychologically. Come find out how to get started!

We will discuss the following:

  • What are the basics of clean eating?
  • Health benefits: Why should you eat clean?
  • How to make it a lifestyle and not a fad diet
  • When should you start? How to get ready.
  • What do you eat?
  • Ways to get the whole family involved and make it fun
  • Do we need supplements?

As part of this class you will recieve a 2 week membership to the Way to Wellness App for iOS and Android.  With the App you will have access to exclusive resources, meal planning, and chat messaging with Crystal. Details will be emailed after the event.
